| Heintzman, Warren & Wise, P.C. concentrates its practice on providing litigation and support services to the business and medical community and personal services in the areas of real estate, small business planning, estate and tax planning and estate administration.
We have been chosen to be national coordinating counsel for toxic tort claims, for a refractory company, and we coordinate similar claims on a regional basis for another company. We have litigated personal injury actions, product liability lawsuits, toxic tort, admiralty, maritime and environmental claims, and labor and employment matters.
Our attorneys are active in the Allegheny County Academy of Trial Lawyers, the International Association of Defense Counsel, the American Inns of Court, the Maritime Law Association, the Estate Planning Council of Pittsburgh and the Product Liability and Corporate Counsel Committees of the American Bar Association. All of our attorneys are admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and the Federal Courts. Two members of the firm are admitted in West Virginia, and one is admitted to the Colorado Bar.
